A lovely, fresh wine, with an airy nose of infused lemon zest and a very pure character from the very first taste. The palate is in the same vein, pure and sparkling with ripe white fruit, but with the touch of a fruit essence. Particularly successful and distinguished with its finish sprinkled with white chalk, this elegant 2009 will delight us for its own sake.
