Superb. The nose is very fresh, citrusy and chalky. The patina of time acts as a kind of youthful revelation: the wine remains very tonic and dynamic. On the palate, it reveals great delicacy, with a wadded-up quality to the bubbles. The finish has the sharp, lively length of a wine that evolves without tiring. A masterpiece of the contribution of time to a wine of great breed.
