The artistic expression of La Toile Blanche can be seen from the walls to the plates. If the balance of the plates is a matter of precision, the attention to detail is a perfect match for the service on offer, in a good €69 menu: roasted scallops with hazelnut butter, cauliflower tips, coral rouille, granny-smith and Dubarry velouté, followed by barbecued free-range poultry, camus artichoke in two textures, mushroom duxelles, Colonnata IGP bacon voile, veal jus. Baba au rhum, roasted pineapple with Timut pepper, vegetable cream with coconut milk, passion fruit condiment and the wine list round off a harmonious moment in an intimate, contemporary atmosphere.
