Under the shade of a century-old lime tree, this eponymous bistro, well known to locals and tourists alike, blends Provencal elegance with Italian inspiration. The cuisine of chef Steven Trucco, formerly known in Cannes (La Toque d'Or), is seasonal and masterful, seducing with its scallop or truffle risottos, its roast guinea fowl supreme, its bass filet like a bouillabaisse... Gourmet homemade desserts, including the Paris-Brest on a bicycle wheel. A bucolic terrace and a cellar that caters to all tastes, with the added bonus of wines from the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Variable service, but charming setting. Good three-course menu at €39.
