Grégory Ménard, while retaining his trademark BBQ cooking, continues to invent his cuisine around carefully chosen products that are always well showcased on his plates. Well-crafted aromatic combinations, well-constructed sauces, delightful trompe-l'œil: everything is in place to savor a gourmet cuisine with a twist. We take the time to rediscover the delicacy of the Banka trout, while the carefully seasoned asparagus presents us with a highly original and tasty version. Grégory in the kitchen and Lucile in the dining room share with us a cuisine imbued with originality, but which remains easy to understand. All this for a very reasonable price, €70 for the four-course menu, a true moment of gastronomy that can be complemented by a bottle of wine or a wine and food pairing without blowing the bill.
