Gault&Millau's review 2025

A family-run hotel as we like them, perpetuating for over a century a solid tradition of friendship and hospitality. Between sea and mountains, in the heart of the village of Bidart, this beautiful Noébasque-style house (white facade, red half-timbered walls) houses 15 simple, comfortable rooms with contemporary furnishings, blonde wood floors and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Down below, the large heated swimming pool is a perfect invitation to do your laps before settling into a deckchair, all in the middle of the delightful garden shaded by century-old plane trees and filled with hydrangeas. A cosy place at a reasonable price.
