Gault&Millau's review2026
Close to the Seine, the discreet storefront almost goes unnoticed. The sign is minimalist: AT. The initials of chef Atsushi Tanaka. The small dining room is on a par with this: elegant and comfortable, it obeys a totally assumed sobriety of decoration, in an atmosphere that is collected but in no way chilling. The attentive staff even seem to glide noiselessly from table to table, so as not to disturb the experience. As for the dishes, they stand out for their palpable energy, graphics and play of colors. It's a creative cuisine with a strong identity, never boring. Abalone, for example, is combined with the season's first asparagus and wild broccoli from Italy, while a poultry jus emulsion, barley risotto and marjoram pesto make for a fine performance. The beautiful Quercy lamb, delicately cooked on a Japanese barbecue, is flanked by a host of condiments that light up the dish. As for the final variations on citron, they bring freshness and gourmandise. Interesting wine list, largely organic. Some fine signatures on the program.
