Chef's Restaurant The restaurant run by Sybille Sellam, Grégoire Foucher, Caroline Lenormand and Pierre Lucas is undoubtedly one of the hottest addresses in Rennes, for its trendy, Scandinavian-style setting with a touch of the fifties, light wood, spotlights and a backlit counter, its organic and natural wine cellar with no shortage of ideas (Allain Allié, Domaine Plageoles...), and its concept of continuous service, where you can pick and choose plates to share until 11pm. In the kitchen, the creations are contemporary, well-dressed, compiling inspirations and cultures with a taste for the good and the beautiful: grilled cheese with carré du Meu, creamy beet, grilled cuttlefish head, shallot purée and artichoke chips, smoked trout, kohlrabi and hemp seeds, pear sablé, creamy gianduja and pear sorbet. Lunch reservations only.
