Prestige Hotel Halfway between the train station and the Théâtre National de Bretagne, this contemporary address is just what Rennes needs. The building, built in 2015 by the DTACC agency, houses 61 rooms and suites in gray or taupe tones, equipped with the very best in contemporary comfort - king-size bed, walk-in shower and desk in a bow window for the Deluxes. In the basement, the fitness area adjoins the spa, which houses a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and treatment rooms offering Kos treatments and massages. After a treatment or swim, guests can enjoy a glass of wine and a cheese or charcuterie board in the lobby bar, or order a hot dish from room service.
