After running two locations in Cesson-Sévigné, Vincent and Sophie opened this bistro-rôtisserie in central Rennes in 2016. It's a place where conviviality is at the heart of the project, with close proximity in the dining room and the most pleasant service. At just €22, the lunch menu is a pleasure, with regularly changing recipes: beet and fish cake, octopus juice reduction, a hake fillet, cauliflower cream and smoked green wheat, a homemade black pudding with apples, mashed potatoes and roasted apples, a chocolate, banana and tarragon tart.
