Gault&Millau's review 2025

We've known about Nice's appetite and curiosity for Japanese cuisine for a very long time. They've been well served for two years with Onaka, and should be even better served with the new project, which will undoubtedly come to fruition upon publication, offering two different spaces in the same location. We'll be putting our chef's hats on hold until we can discover the new premises.
