Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the village, in a large, superb Basque house near the trinquet, Mathieu in the kitchen and Mathilde in the patisserie offer a consistently enjoyable experience in a sincere commitment to local produce. Don't hesitate to immerse yourself in this place, starting with a board of charcuterie - ham, sausage, black pudding - made and cured by the chef, who revisits tasty classics such as galette de pied de cochon, or presents more contemporary dishes of his own, such as carpaccio de homard bleu breton, huile de vanille de Madagascar or turbot rôti, fenouil rôti, condiment pêche, émulsion de wasabi. We finish with a more conventional but gourmet dessert, strawberry fontainebleau, and in summer, take advantage of the lovely sheltered terrace under the trees. Regional wine cellar with a (too) short selection by the glass.
