Located not far from the Bastille, in the 11th arrondissement, this hotel—a member of the MGallery collection—embodies all the hallmarks of excellence and contemporary comfort. Housed in the Maison Boutet—a former woodworking factory (1926) and later a chocolate factory (1944) designed by architect Achille Champy— this historic site has retained its old-world charm—a facade adorned with ochre and blue glazed tiles and a stained-glass canopy—and features 80 loft-style rooms and suites, some furnished with pieces from the École Boulle, featuring high ceilings, with eight of them extending onto small, green terraces offering views over the rooftops of Paris. Bright and perfectly designed, the Codage Spa invites guests to relax and rejuvenate with its two treatment rooms, swimming pool, hammam, sauna, and a 24-hour fitness center. The hotel does not have a fine-dining restaurant, but the bar offers light meals and delicious cocktails.
