Gault&Millau's review 2025

Not far from the Bastille, this member of the MGallery collection has all the hallmarks of excellence and contemporary comfort. Housed in a former factory that was later transformed into a chocolate factory (Maison Boutet), this historic site has retained its industrial style, and features 80 loft-like rooms and suites with high ceilings, extended by small private terraces for the 8 Deluxe suites. Bright and perfectly designed, the spa is an invitation to relaxation and well-being, with two treatment rooms, a spa, a hammam, a swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness area. There's no restaurant on site, but the bar offers a snack menu, a "Boutet snack" with hot chocolate in the afternoon, and delicious cocktails in the evening.
