Solange had shown the way, and this Inattendu, who has taken her place, offers a beautiful new address to the cantonade. Vegetables and fruit come from Ferme Hozabeilles in Mandres-les-Roses, poultry from Ferme du Plateau Briard, and meat from the butcher. A good lunch menu at €45 includes mackerel sushi, pumpkin panna cotta with diced foie gras, herring and onion pickles, tasty and original, veal cooked at a low temperature with potatoes, and a melting apple with caramel and tonka bean ice cream.
