Gourmet Restaurant Even if the neighborhood were overflowing with tables (which it isn't), Stéphane and Sophie Chevereau's address would still probably dominate the scene. Because it's a professional table, in terms of service and plate, and because it has a bourgeois elegance that automatically places it in the sphere of those tables reserved for fine occasions. For the signing of a contract, the fulfillment of a love affair or simply the pleasure of good things, we return to salute the precision of the cooking and the good taste of the chef, who, without taking too many risks, knows how to satisfy, with multicolored tomatoes and mozzarella marinated in basil, shortbread and parmesan shavings, a pearly cod steak, homemade mini ratatouille and basil coulis, a lamb shoulder confit 24h, spice-glazed carrots, semolina with soft grapes and lamb jus, or a strawberry panna cotta and shortbread.
