A well-kept house, with polished dishes, for one of the best restaurants in the area, with a strong following in terms of quality. Thierry Bourbonnais has earned his chef's hat, with a classic offering that's well updated in spirit, and a range of menus to suit all tastes: foie gras cream, smoked duck confit, sea bass on skin with carrot galanga mousseline and piquillos, veal rack simmered in a morel mushroom sauce casserole. Good lunch menu at €29.
