Chef's Restaurant The strawberry pastel of the storefront makes an immediate statement in this landscape of gray stone, a strong house that embodies the revival of local cuisine. Winners of the Jeunes talents 2024 award, Sophie Coulombel and Rémi Vanoverschelde bring to the table one of the finest revelations of the moment, with creations that are both Breton and at the same time highly personal. An independence reigns around these plates that seem to exist only for themselves, this astonishing steamed bao stuffed with duck confit and ponzu sauce, this return to the coast with braised scallops, grilled pointed cabbage, parsnip purée and Grenoble sauce, this gourmet shredded beef with brioche bread, crunchy vegetables, spicy mayonnaise and coriander.
