Since 1965, this opulent manor house on the heights of La Trinité has been an institution, the kind of place where families come together across the generations. Chef Rudy Deniaud rises to the occasion, knowing how to provide the right cuisine for the right occasion. Noble products are obviously on the menu: duck foie gras with gingerbread, panettone-style brioche, lobster in broth with seasonal vegetables, sea bass grilled in beurre blanc, prime rib grilled over an open fire... Impeccable service.
