High above Carnac, close to the megalithic alignments, this hotel-spa offers both a breathtaking view of the bay and a dietary moment to recharge your batteries and feel good. The table follows this spirit without renouncing gourmandise, demonstrating a fine technique on the plates, a declination of asparagus and hollandaise emulsion, tuna à la provençale and grilled vegetables, sauce vierge, filet of beef Rossini and new potatoes, a rice pudding emulsion, candied pear and hazelnut praline.
