Gault&Millau's review 2025

Facing the ocean at the tip of the Quiberon peninsula, this hotel is dedicated to thalassotherapy, offering a wide range of programs based on the benefits of the sea. The hotel's wellness area features a sauna, hammam, heated semi-Olympic seawater pool and iodine trail, and is staffed by top-notch fitness trainers. Not forgetting the fitness room and its high-tech equipment, such as this anti-gravity treadmill. The 125 rooms and suites open out onto the sea or the gardens, and all feature the same attention to detail, with 5-star bedding by MyBed by Sofitel and elegant, clean-lined furnishings. Refinement and naturalness also characterize the spirit of the La Presqu'île restaurant and the Bistrot de l'Océan, both led by chef Patrick Barbin, who favours short circuits, local and seasonal products for a cuisine that is as healthy as it is tasty.
