Gault&Millau's review 2025

An emblematic address in Carnac, with its sumptuous views over the great beach and Quiberon Bay, this hotel underwent a facelift in 2018 under the impetus of its new owners, brothers Nicolas and Frédéric Yanez. Restored with spirit, offering the best of contemporary luxury. The 40 rooms and suites boast a refined elegance with XXL bedding, blond wood floors and vast bathrooms, all extended by balconies or terraces overlooking the ocean. Also open to the sea, the L'Eskell restaurant invites guests to savor the land and sea cuisine concocted by Alexandre Tête, not to mention desserts by pastry chef Vincent Pallier. Finally, the Nuxe spa features a hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, treatment rooms and a beautiful pool overlooking the beach.
