Chef's Restaurant It's a beautiful, classic house on the boulevard des Brotteaux, run by Clovis Khoury, a master at his craft, serving a cuisine of fine products. The house's hushed, serious atmosphere makes it ideal for business meals and special occasions. The €45 market menu gives a good idea of what's possible, with grilled gilthead bream with olive oil, leeks, purple cauliflower, shellfish siphon with Iranian saffron, gently cooked Lake Geneva Arctic char, chickpea fricassee and baby vegetables, shellfish broth, poultry from Ferme du Poiset, fillet with fine stuffing cooked in a cookie with creamy sauce and seasonal vegetables, an apple from Monts du Lyonnais, Breton shortbread, bourbon vanilla double cream and pear sorbet. Evening discovery menu from €85.
