Gault&Millau's review 2026

A canaille spirit that's well reflected in this bouchon above Les Brotteaux, where elements of the genre blend with a more contemporary style, with a few Pop art references. As for the cuisine, it remains faithful to the Lyonnais repertoire, with eggs meurette, brioche sausage, Lyonnais salad, pike quenelle, Lyonnais potée of cochonnailles and pink praline-glazed nougat. Lunch menu €24.
