Gourmet Restaurant It's the new-generation bouchon, with the same canaille spirit and modernity, with color and simplicity in the decor. The plates capture the essence of the Lyonnais repertoire, with as many dishes to share as just for yourself: wild boar terrine, andouillette or snail accras, brioche sausage, Lyonnaise salad, followed by the famous Bobosse andouillette, ravioli gratin with porcini mushrooms and boletus, tablier de sapeur with gribiche sauce, praline baba au rhum. Lyon menu at €36.
