Gault&Millau's review2026
Slightly removed from the city center, this grand bourgeois residence is the chic meeting place in town, a plush late 19th-century villa where fine craftsmanship and gastronomy are celebrated. In these Belle Epoque interiors of impeccable taste, chefs Stéphane Ringer, Rémi Gornet and sommelier Antoine Lecomte orchestrate a classic, reassuring experience, where noble products are well brought out: the large plate with lobster, crumbled, tomato jelly and carpaccio, citrus-roasted quarter, lobster irish, yuzu and caviar, shellfish cream, pan-seared turbot back, duck foie gras ravioli, green asparagus and truffle jus, sesame-lacquered veal sweetbreads, Breton lobster half-tail roasted with madras curry, carrot declination, yuzu lemon honey sauce, mirabelle soufflé. Very good service.
