The restaurant that so many residents of Épinal have visited for special occasions remains a major culinary destination for the entire department. Both large family gatherings and intimate dinners continue to take place here, and the chefs, Stéphane Ringer and Rémi Gornet, along with sommelier Antoine Lecomte, are committed to upholding the restaurant’s stellar reputation. A menu featuring fine, prestigious ingredients, from which one should not stray: variations on foie gras or lobster, langoustine carpaccio, pan-seared turbot fillet with Asian noodles and Burgundy truffles, veal sweetbreads with langoustines in a honey-soy-yuzu reduction… A great way to get started is with the Menu Plaisir at €65.
