Gault&Millau's review 2025

A well-kept, functional establishment of a high standard, in a busy area just outside Epinal. The cuisine is well adapted to demand, and is also modern in its choices and presentations. The chef is a master of his craft, the service is generally well oriented and the wine cellar is generalist, all at well-considered prices.
