Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the Vosges forest, a perfect retreat for lovers of nature and authenticity. Owned by the Philippe-Witdouck family for five generations and a member of Relais & Châteaux, the estate comprises a series of small mountain chalets housing 23 ultra-chalant rooms and suites with exposed beams and panelled walls. The restaurant, led by chef Michel Philippe, will delight all gourmets with its regional cuisine, served in a large dining room warmed by a beautiful fireplace. The restaurant also boasts a relaxation area with sauna, swimming pool and steam room, as well as a tennis court. The perfect place to recharge your batteries before setting off to discover the treasures of the surrounding area (hiking through the forest and snowshoeing as soon as the first snow falls).
