A quarter-century of loyal service and the same passion, the same professional dedication to a job well done for Jean-Marc Boyer, in the intimate yet magnificent setting of the Château de Lastours. The treasure lies on the plate, faithful to his region and to a certain interpretation of tradition that is always joyful and generous. The menus come in three price ranges, from €75 to €129, offering excellent value for money and always centered on seasonal ingredients. The eclectic wine cellar gives pride of place to Corbières wines but also features selections from throughout the region and beyond.
