Gault&Millau's review 2026

A rather strange name for this new restaurant in the center of town, but a lovely discovery with an interior décor customized by Ukrainian-born chef-patroness Mira, whose paintings adorn the walls. On the plate, fresh and well-translated ideas, with adaptations of transalpine dishes such as eggplant mozza, vitello tonnato, pappardelle with truffles or matcha tiramisu, which can be substituted, for example, for quail, supreme and thighs, with a Jerusalem artichoke gratin. Service in this simple setting.
