A pleasant country inn with a lovely view over the horizons and a well-kept setting, with its uncluttered decor and beautiful contrasts. Located fifteen minutes from Carcassonne, the restaurant, recently taken over by Julien Montagne, logically has a taste for the Mediterranean coast, which it showcases in a pleasant market menu: these include a scallop tiradito with morel vinaigrette, a crispy seafood paella roll with scallop and green tomato salsa with Espelette chili, a low-temperature farmhouse poultry supreme with marrow French toast and summer truffle oil, black garlic jus, or a red fruit entremets with strawberry yuzu coulis. Formula €42.
