Remarkable Restaurant In the pedestrian district of Paris, a solid and regular restaurant that, for more than thirty years now, has been welcoming a clientele eager for tradition in a setting that's a little out of time. Risotto with flambéed shrimps, grilled fillet of beef, creamy mushrooms and melting potatoes, lemon meringue pie - the score is familiar and mastered. The service is efficient, and the wine cellar is essentially southern and based on well-known estates.
