Warm and consistent, this restaurant contributes to the village’s culinary scene with contemporary cuisine and a modern atmosphere. A seven-course set menu for €92 in the evening, with a slightly more flexible bistro-style option at lunch; the dishes consistently maintain a two-toque standard: haddock with blackberries and hazelnuts, poultry with beets, blackcurrants, and lovage, and an orange biscuit with vanilla cream, praline, and pistachios. The wine cellar is fairly classic with a solid selection, though it lacks a few regional specialties.
