An unbeatable menu and a true Provencal atmosphere have made this house a must in the village. Thierry Chouin and his wife Mickaelle have been in business for twenty years now, bringing authentic regional cuisine to life. We'll be back for the socca, low-temperature egg and duck grattons, the retour de pêche, chestnuts and virgin oil, braised rabbit shoulders with herbs, mashed potatoes and goat's cheese crumble, a crème diplomate, orange-roasted brioche and verbena freshness. Fairly consensual cellar (Deutz, Terre Brune, Louis Jadot, Aegerter, Allemand...). Menu €40.
