Gault&Millau's review 2025

For four generations, the Gleize family has been delighting guests with their delicious cuisine, and as they hated to see them disappear after dessert, they imagined a hotel in the image of their table: generous and refined. Recently restored, the 18 rooms, decorated with period furniture, open onto the swimming pool or the large garden with its organic vegetable patch, all with a sumptuous view of the surrounding mountains.
