Superbly renovated, Stanislas Laisney and Jane Morvant's restaurant is one of the new nuggets in the north of the prefecture. The large building with its Art Deco lines is decorated with great care and sobriety, in harmony with natural tones and beautiful materials, wooden tables, Scandinavian seating.. The chef imagines successful, well-dressed terre-mer dishes, combining pig's knuckle and herring roe in a starter with potato espuma with truffle oil, peach return with chorizo, zucchini and miso hollandaise, sirloin with carrots, new turnips, oranges and shrimp jus, and a chocolate, almond and rosemary dessert.
