Gault&Millau's review 2026

The black façade announces seriousness and modernity. It doesn't lie, and these two toques are no accident. They reflect a focus on today's choices and ingredients, in a short menu that brings together the latest fashions: scallops with pumpkin and shiitake shellfish bisque, salmon marinated in citrus fruits, fish from the fish market and ink risotto, low-temperature veal with Jerusalem artichoke cream, pavlova and paris-brest. The best formula is €38 for the essentials. Cellar without much research, friendly service.
