They can also take advantage of a fine dining experience, accessible at lunchtime with a €30 formula, but also offering a rather ambitious and elaborate menu: poultry pie with foie gras and chocolate jus, pollack with leek and grapefruit, roast lamb with shiitake and beet, and well-thought-out desserts, such as the fennel bergamot and white chocolate combination.
