A beautiful town-center townhouse for a quality hotel with an interesting table. The team in place is efficient, and the idea of "double" menus (two choices per level, with different offers for each menu) and very current dishes gives a modern and attractive light: mackerel condiment onions and mango with yuzu, farm pig leek potato with vadouvan, pear fennel ganache montée in a good Creation formula at 38 €. Good choice of wines by the glass, "iodized" menu, with lobster on weekends.
