Gault&Millau's review 2026

This centrally-located bistro has, over the years, opted for the easy option, focusing on what works best: burgers, fish and chips, focaccias. Nevertheless, you can still find a few classics, if not regional, at least from our own culture, with andouillette in Arbalaise sauce, tartare au couteau and entrecôte maître d'hôtel.
