A handsome granite building for a well-mannered establishment that lives up to today's briochine standards, from a well-tended table to an advanced cuisine. The wide-ranging menu features products to be enjoyed as they are, such as oysters, charcuterie and local cheeses, as well as a well-composed palette by Stéphanie Gaudin, with her husband Cédric: crispy langoustines with ginger, coriander and celery juice from the heads, scallops in a Jerusalem artichoke casserole with black garlic cream risotto, lamb shoulder confit with cumin and lemon... A good lunch menu at €23.90, with a classic cellar and local beers (Uncle).
