At the bottom of a granite building with a bow window, a bistro of good taste, in its time and in a contemporary decor, well integrated into this ancient setting. The menu follows the same spirit: solid roots for personal compositions. There are two types of plates, starters and main courses, with abalone with parsley, marinated salmon with seaweed ketchup or beef cheek confit with beet and curry vinaigrette, and a wide choice of desserts, such as pavlova passion mango. A fairly classic cellar, with some good value wines, such as Tessier's Cheverny at €26 in three colors.
