Nicolas Adam's €65 menu is a gourmet delight, offering almost every dish on the menu (except lobster and noble fish). This simple, elegant restaurant in the port of Le Légué is a great value: snacked scallops, pumpkin mousseline, bacon emulsion, smoked bacon powder, yuzu gel saté, pan-fried veal sweetbreads, shiitake, smoked potato mousseline, veal jus, Grand Marnier soufflé. It's an impeccable sequence, with the added bonus of a view of the port from upstairs, in-house service and a connoisseur's cellar at very competitive prices.
