Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of Saint-Brieuc, this address has taken its place in a former malouinière, built in the XIXᵉ century. Converted into a hotel, it now houses 27 ultra-chic rooms and apartments with their flowery tapestries, soft lighting and comfortable bedding. We also love the delicate cuisine of young chef Sébastien David, who revisits Breton terroir with spirit (oysters from Paimpol and fish from the Guilvinec fish auction) at La Table d'Edgar restaurant; as well as the Cinq mondes spa, which offers a hammam, sauna and a remarkable range of treatments and massages.
