In the heart of the town of Lamballe, this 19th-century building takes on the air of a family home, with its wisteria-covered gates and just 4 bedrooms, furnished with cosy bedding and 1950s furniture, not forgetting the vintage record players. Accessible to all, the vinyl collection takes pride of place in the living room, with its fireplace, deep armchairs and extraordinary 1820 panoramic wallpaper by Joseph Dufour. A charming place, just a stone's throw from the Emerald and Pink Granite coasts, the beach at Pléneuf-Val-André, Saint-Malo and, inland, the medieval towns of Dinan and Moncontour.
