Situated between Erquy and Cap Fréhel, this residence, which dates back to the Roaring Twenties, is set in a shady park and just 100 m from the beach at Les Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, one of the most beautiful in Brittany. Long neglected, the Hôtel de Diane was brought back to life five years ago by its new owners, who restored it in a sober, refined style. The rooms and suites feature waxed parquet floors, contemporary furnishings and large picture windows. The restaurant's ultra-chic dining room welcomes guests each morning for a buffet breakfast filled with homemade delights (homemade jams, crêpes and cakes while still warm). As for the table, led by Breton chef Cédric Menguy, it is now one of the most sought-after in the region. All these assets (not forgetting the sauna) helped the hotel earn a well-deserved fourth star last June.
