A beautiful stone house in the wine-growing village, serving cuisine that does justice to the prestige of the appellation in a contemporary interior setting. In this well-executed kitchen, the dishes deliver delightful experiences that live up to expectations, with meticulous attention to both presentation and flavor: flambéed fillet of sea bass, line-caught sea bass in a bouillabaisse-style broth, and Kintoa pork loin on a delicious €45 “Discovery” menu, finished with a chocolate-hazelnut mille-feuille. Extensive wine cellar covering all of Burgundy.
