This is the quintessential bistro—a superb establishment in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, where José and Gérald playfully explore the region’s culinary heritage. The menu features both reimagined classics and more creative ideas, blended into a consistently appealing selection that sets a high standard for Burgundian cuisine. Treat yourself to the Burgundian vol-au-vent, asparagus with hazelnuts and Parmesan, fresh-caught fish in sauce vierge with fennel and seasonal vegetables, a slow-cooked coq au vin with red wine, carrot purée, and vegetables, and delicious chocolate profiteroles. Well-stocked wine cellar, particularly with Burgundy wines.
