Gault&Millau's review 2026

A true Burgundian bistro, with its own values, but also in tune with the times, moving the terroir forward in the right direction: meurette-perfect egg, confit breast, onions, wine sauce, octopus salad, coq au vin confit leg, smoked green wheat lamb effilochée on an aromatic broth, pastry flan with amarena compote. Choice, good humor, a summer terrace in the heart of the village, and a good local wine cellar.
