In one of the world’s most famous wine regions, spending a night and dining among the vineyards is a special experience, especially for wine lovers. The cuisine is commendable, featuring well-executed contemporary dishes such as beef carpaccio with Parmesan cream and fried capers; a “return from the fishing trip” dish with Sardinian fregola and a mussel marinière sauce; and lamb with polenta and rosemary jus. Classic desserts.
