Gault&Millau's review 2026

Not quite a table d'hôtes, but a table for sharing, a table of pleasure and also an elegant table for a Burgundian meal beautifully composed by the owner. Thomas Collomb, last year's Gault&Millau d'Or winner, and his wife Lucie, know how to welcome guests and personalize their service, thanks also to a service that plays the game to make everyone feel at home among friends. Afterwards, confident regulars are free to feast in the elegantly rustic dining room of this long-established establishment: trout, celery and pointed cabbage, kid and eggplant ravioli, suckling pig with cherry onion, sloe and woodruff soufflé - just some of the dishes caught on the fly, with the lightness, finesse and appropriateness of a fine and very fair €110 menu. The cellar is a warm support to the success of the meal, with a number of normally inaccessible bottles enjoying special treatment.
