Not quite a traditional table d'hôtes, but rather a table for sharing, a table for enjoyment, and also an elegant setting for a beautifully crafted Burgundian meal prepared by the host. Thomas Collomb, Gault&Millau d’Or 2025, knows how to welcome guests and personalize the experience alongside his wife Lucie, thanks in part to a service team that goes the extra mile to make everyone feel at home among friends. Then, the regulars, with complete confidence, feast freely in the elegantly rustic dining room of this long-renowned establishment: trout, celery, and pointed cabbage; kid goat and eggplant ravioli; suckling pig with cherry onions, wild cherry and woodruff soufflé, a few dishes snatched up on the fly—light, refined, and perfectly timed—from a beautiful and very fair €110 menu. The wine cellar provides a warm backdrop to the meal’s success, featuring many bottles that are usually hard to come by and receive special treatment.
