A bistronomic annex of the Chambertin rotisserie, this warm and welcoming table captures the spirit of those country inns, with their country furniture, fine materials and that air of authenticity that makes the dishes even better. Between bottles of wine, clinking glasses and a contagious good mood, traditional dishes come naturally: Burgundy snails with parsley butter, eggs meurette, white asparagus from Ruffey, smoked leeks, hollandaise and corn chips, blanquette de veau with seasonal vegetables, Bresse poultry with Étrez cream, oyster mushrooms and gratin dauphinois, profiteroles. Menu €34.
