Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, this beautiful XVIIIᵉ house was long a rotisserie before being transformed into a charming hotel-restaurant. For lunch or dinner, depending on your mood, opt for the Lucien bistro or the table d'hôtes, where chef Thomas Collomb explores the Burgundian terroir with a selection of organic produce straight from the Dijon market. Conquered by the serenity and refinement of the setting, you can then settle into one of the 9 elegant, cosy rooms (some of which have retained their original timber framing), with a special mention for the beautiful Les Monts Luisants suite, extended by a small terrace overlooking the vines. A warm address ideally located on the legendary Burgundy wine route.
