Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located in the heart of the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, this beautiful 18th-century house was a rotisserie for many years before being transformed into a charming hotel-restaurant. For lunch or dinner, depending on your mood, you can choose between the Lucien bistro or the table d’hôtes, where chef Thomas Collomb explores Burgundy’s terroir with a selection of organic products sourced directly from the Dijon market. Charmed by the serenity and refinement of the place, you can then settle into one of the 9 elegant and cozy rooms (some of which have retained their original exposed beams), with a special mention for the beautiful Les Monts Luisants suite, which features a small terrace overlooking the vineyards. A warm and welcoming spot, ideally located on the legendary Burgundy Wine Route.
