Gault&Millau's review 2025

The first reason to choose this beautiful address is its location, in the heart of the Côtes de Nuits vineyards. Once there, you'll appreciate the charm of this former 17th-century wine press, transformed into a hotel with the feel of a family home, with just eight rooms, decorated in a contemporary style (Pierre Paulin furniture) and some opening onto the vineyards and swimming pool. Firmly rooted in its winegrowing heritage, the hotel also offers a delicious bistronomic table and a wine bar with a 1,600-strong cellar. Between Dijon and Beaune, and just 4km from the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, this establishment has been awarded the Les Collectionneurs label.
