Gault&Millau's review2025
Nestled in the heart of Chambolle-Musigny, one of the Côte de Nuits' winegrowing gems, Hôtel Bellevigne Bourgogne is a new epicurean address that's both elegant and relaxed. Inaugurated in 2024 by the Les Hôtels (Très) Particuliers group, this manor house restored by designer Jordane Arrivetz boasts 37 luminous rooms in vine-inspired hues - red, deep blue and sage green - set around a tree-lined park. Here, Burgundy lives on: a vaulted tasting cellar, a bistronomic restaurant orchestrated by chef Yohan Walliang and his brigade, a bar decorated with a superb collection of decanters and a wine cellar with a thousand references. After an escapade on the Route des Grands Crus, we return to the Spa des Tannins for a grape-inspired wellness break, with hammam, sauna, treatments and heated outdoor pool. An address set against the church of Chambolle-Musigny, designed for lovers of wine, terroir... and discreet refinement.
